Privacy notice

Who this notice covers

This notice explains how AxamyOne handles personal information from website visitors, prospective customers, customer contacts and people who contact our team. Recruitment agencies using AxamyOne remain responsible for their own candidate and client privacy notices; where AxamyOne processes that information for a customer, the relevant service agreement also applies.

Information we collect

When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, telephone number, agency name, sector, team size, current CRM, preferred appointment, change timeline and anything you choose to include in your message. We also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request, device and diagnostic information.

How we use it

We rely on the lawful basis appropriate to the situation, including taking steps at your request, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, legal obligations and consent where it is required.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only with service providers and professional advisers where needed to operate, secure or support AxamyOne, or where the law requires it. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, our contractual commitments and applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it securely.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Contact us first so we can help. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
